Heather Braley is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. She has a background in education and the arts, and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She currently works with adults, couples, and adolescents in Orange County, California. In addition to individual sessions, she provides art therapy in workshops and small group formats.
As a psychotherapist I work as closely as possible with each client to discern the appropriate modality for his or her individual needs. I am informed by and experienced in a variety of theories, including Depth and Archetypal Psychology, Object-Relations, Jungian Analysis, and Gestalt and Process-Oriented therapies. Techniques include art therapy, journaling, and dreamwork, in addition to talk-therapy.
